怎么讓員工喜歡穿濟南工作服？

工作服一定是要適合行業(yè)的，比如傳統(tǒng)餐飲行業(yè)是統(tǒng)一的純白色系服裝，而工業(yè)行業(yè)的工作服則是偏向深色系。這些都是根據(jù)行業(yè)的需求決定的，色系是統(tǒng)一了，但是樣式其實可以做出大的改變，比如在白色的衣服上添加一些圖案或者小配飾等小裝飾，我相信員工們肯定會更加容易接受工作服。

工作服是需要適合身材的，現(xiàn)在大部分工作服都是上下一身的套裝，而因為員工的身材不統(tǒng)一，所以可能有的人穿上大了有的穿上小了，這種問題導(dǎo)致了很多員工穿上工作服反而工作更不方便了。因此，好的工作服款式和量身定做就是一個很大的問題。

工作服面料一定要透氣，讓員工穿著舒適，但是因為有的廠家為了追求利潤，選擇的是不透氣也不吸汗的布料，這樣只會使員工們穿著不舒適。
